On Friday, September 19th, 2025, we kicked off Welcome Week for our GLOBE Master’s programme (Erasmus Mundus Joint Master in Global Change Ecology and Biodiversity Management)!
Our international students had the opportunity to meet representatives from the partner universities where they’ll be studying throughout their Erasmus Mundus journey. It was a great start to the semester, full of energy, connection, and inspiration.
We also enjoyed a delicious Spanish meal together with some of the lecturers and researchers from the IICG — a perfect way to end a fantastic first day!
Just one week later, on Friday, September 26, 2025, our GLOBE Master students enjoyed a beautiful day at Peñalara, Sierra de Guadarrama. From hiking trails to breathtaking views, it was a perfect mix of nature and team-building! Enjoy the recap video posted on Instagram.
