Sara Arganda Carreras

A molecular biologist by training, I mainly study the neurobiology and behavior of animals living in highly organized societies (such ants). To this end, and under an ecological and evolutionary approach, I integrate neuroanatomical, physiological, and computational tools with behavioral experiments. Currently I am interested in understanding the effects, both at the individual and the ecological level, of the variations in temperature and diet in different ant species.
