Raúl García Camacho

Raúl has a bachelor’s degree in biology from the UCM and a PhD in Ecology from the URJC, with subsequent training in project management. Coordinates the IICG-URJC management team with the focus on facilitating research activities and the achievement of the institute’s objectives.
He has research experience in the field of plant ecology in the broad sense, from which he moved to project management and consulting in 2014. Recently (2021-2024), he worked as head of the Research and Climate Change Area of Fundación Biodiversidad.
