I am a biologist and laboratory technician at NUTRILAB. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to explore multiple fields of research. These range from microbiological and nutritional studies of food, primarily meat and wine, applying analytical techniques such as ELISA, HPLC, and Soxhlet, to the use of HPLC-MS for studying the degradation of beta-lactam antibiotics in wastewater, focusing on environmental solutions.
