Manuel Rojo Valencia

I am a research technician in the URJC Ecology Lab. I like to define myself as a naturalist, as my knowledge and interests cover almost all fields of biodiversity, including fauna, botany, mycology, among others. I specialise in fieldwork and have experience with taxonomic groups as diverse as lichens, birds, trees and insects. I also try to contribute to public outreach and citizen participation. I am interested in the biodiversity that can be found in the most remote places, but also in the biodiversity that accompanies us in our daily lives, with the motivation to work for its conservation.
