Luis Cayuela Delgado
My research interests lie within the field of ecology and biodiversity conservation in a broad sense, with a special emphasis on community ecology. My research lines primarily focus on understanding the mechanisms that generate biological communities in tropical forests, using taxonomic, functional, and phylogenetic approaches. Additionally, I am interested in the development of new methodologies for the analysis of ecological data. I actively collaborate with researchers from various institutions, both national and international, and I am one of the principal investigators of the Tropical Ecology Group.
