Lucía Menchén Agudo
I am a biologist with a Master’s degree in Habitat Analysis, Conservation, and Restoration. My background includes environmental education and wildlife monitoring, where I studied how restoration in agricultural landscapes influences biodiversity and ecosystem services.
I am currently a research technician on the European Biodiversa+ TRANSFOrm project, carrying out field and laboratory work to assess the diversity of multiple organism groups in cherry orchards.
I am passionate about science and its communication. My research interests lie in applied ecology, ecological restoration, and the sustainability of agricultural landscapes, with a particular focus on the biodiversity these systems can support.
