Juana Medina Llerena

I am a management technician at IICG and an Environmental Engineer with a double master’s degree in Ecosystem Restoration and Integrated Management Systems (ISO). My thesis on soil evolution in the La Higuera quarry (Segovia), linked to the Master’s in Ecosystem Restoration, specialized my profile in the recovery of degraded mining areas. I have experience managing national R+D+I projects and working with SOCODEVI (NGO), leading resilience initiatives against climate change with agricultural cooperatives in vulnerable environments. I also have a solid technical background in the mining and construction sectors in Peru.
