I am an ecologist, and my research focuses on understanding the ecological and evolutionary mechanisms underlying community assembly and predicting changes driven by global change drivers. In applied research, I explore the benefits of species interactions in agriculture and identify the key elements for successful forest restoration. In my research, I combine observational and experimental studies, integrating taxonomic, functional, and phylogenetic approaches.
