Ana García Muñoz

I am an evolutionary biologist focused on addressing evolutionary aspects from the perspectives of ecology and evolutionary genomics. The combination of these tools in my research has allowed me to work in different study systems. My research lines have ranged from reproductive ecology in plants to the evolution of lichenisation. Currently, I am focused on the latter, in which I use comparative genomics to understand the lichenized lifestyle.
